I love it when there are light dots on a picture, such as your Juniper Berries. The canyon takes my breath away. Wow. Absolutely stunning. It must have been hard to leave.

A Woman of a Certain Age

Like many women, I am stepping into midlife when children are leaving home, my parents are seniors and becoming a grandparent isn't some far off future vision. Add in shifting hormones, a transitioning career and a body that creaks when I get up in the morning. I feel the generation gap and my mother keeps speaking out of my mouth.
